Unless you specifically request that we register the domain on your behalf, we may register your domain names in the account holders name or an additional name specified by the account holder, we do this so that businesses or resellers can register domains on behalf of their clients. We operate this policy because we are required to verify that the domain registrant address details match a valid individual or company based on an address check run against your payment card. The card used to pay for your selected product will also be used for any product renewals associated with the domain or hosting account.
Firestorm Online Ltd do not charge fees for transferring domain names either in or out of our system when the domain name is used in conjunction with one of our hosting packages (including trial packages).
The domain registration can be renewed automatically or set to expire, login to your account to adjust your renewal preferences.

Once a registration has been completed no refunds can be made by Firestorm Online Ltd. Until the customer receives confirmation of
successful registration there is no guarantee that the domain name requested will be registered.
